| 18- Zymachi under
attack! |

Scene
turns back to
hte lab. We see a large vein pulsating on Kerenskij's fore head. He's
sweating, observing the reboot from a screen. Slightly out of frame he
notices a blurred shape moving around the last Zymachi of the row.
Acting on the pedals of the exoskeleton, he turns the camera and zooms
in. What he sees literally chills his blood: a microscopic BEING is
messing around with the protective capsule of the Zymachi! The
professor jumps on the commands of the exoskeleton and moves the nanobot
towards the apparition, but finds himself cornered by a swarm of
unseizable creatures. The nanobot backpedals, and sinks below the
Zymachi. There, Kerenskij starts to release the nanomachines, cutting
their antennas with a sharp, microscopic shear, cursing in russian like
a drunken charioteer. Hu freezes, scared by his strange behaviour.

As
soon as the Zymachi are all free, Kerenskij jumps out of the
exoskeleton, grabs the tube, loads a pneumatic syringe and injects the
liquid in his veins. |

| 19- The
Jelly Spermwhale. |
| |
 |
We follow the
Zymachi and the Cycledwellers splash in the internal sea, the sirens
are dispersed by the stream, while the nano machines stick toghether in
a sort of stellar formation. Only the damaged one starts to twirl and
loosens contact with the companions, sinking out of sight. Suddenly, it
crosses Proteena's path, still bonded to the reddish disc. After a
moment of indecision, she lets go, and swims in the Zymachi's wake... |

But
the oxidations on the surface of the nano machine have attracted a
Jellyfish, that opens a wide concavity swallowing the unfortunate
scientist. Proteena tries to fold up in her protective configuration,
but she screams and starts to fizzle... |

 |
Suddenly,
beyond the surface of the Jellyfish, she perceives the tilting lights
of the operative Zymachi. |

|
 |
As
in a dream, their
antennas perforate the translucent skin, gently vibrating in the thick
inner liquid. We see thin strings sourcing from in between the
antennas, folding and building complex structures that wind around
Proteena's body, forming a sort of transparent capsule, a protective
bubble that slowly emerges on the surface of the Jellyfish... |

...and the
Jellyfish itself, it has been transmutated by the Zymachi into a
harmless vehicle, a Jelly Spermwhale! |

out of Control.
