14- Close Encounter with the Cycledwellers.

We see that professor's goggles are steamy, and big drops cross his face, making a puddle on the bottom of the goggles, just where the plastic sheath of some optical fibres is connected. We see drops of sweat running down the small pipe, crossing special connectors, down through the needle and finally contaminating the liquid inside the tube. We see a swarm of Cycledwellers riding some sort of sirens, one of them swims twirling around the nano tube that works as a leash for the nanobot. Silently, he stops behind the nano machines, contemplating them. Suddenly, we hear a screeching noise, the long antennas of the Zymachi start to vibrate, while sparks of light appear under their skin. The soldier is terrorized by the scene, and makes his way back to the needle as soon as possible.

On his way he meets some comrades, instantly infected by his fear. We see this wave of terror rapidly moving upstream through the needle and the plastic pipe, spreading through the tissues of Kerenskij, and finally reaching Hermitokratos' camp.

The high officers translate rationally the terror that has pervaded the troops: "Machines think, music flows fast between them, we can't sit back anymore, we must act, destroy the machines, destroy!"
"No, wait..." says the Priestess,"...maybe we could communicate..."

15- Slaughter of the Scientists.

"That's enough..." says Hermitokratos, "If you don't have the guts to follow us, if you refuse to understand, we can act on our own, we don't need you anymore!" And he hits the Priestess. Immediately the soldiers attack all the scientists among them, it's a terrible slaughter, they tear them to pieces, extracting their internal spines and using them as spades to dig the Mine...
